Danielle found a way to recycle some of her favourite dresses by making oven gloves and a tea cosy:

"I used some 1960s dresses that I'd worn to death when first dating my husband. They were falling to pieces, but I couldn't bear to throw them out. Making the remnants into something new is the perfect excuse for keeping treasured clothes."
